Passengers are requested to arrive at the boarding point at least
15 min before
the scheduled time of departure.

Passenger shall present valid e-Ticket along with a valid photo identity card of
at least one of the passengers of the group issued by one the government authority
otherwise they will be denied boarding and not entitled for refund.

The arrival and
departure times mentioned on the ticket are
only tentative
timings. Buses may be delayed due to some unavoidable reasons
like traffic jams etc.,
However the bus will not leave the source
before the time that is mentioned on the ticket.

Unless it is explicitly mentioned on the ticket, Tharai Travels will not take
the responsibility of picking up passengers at their
places. The passengers should reach at the mentioned office/boarding point 15 min
before the scheduled travel.

The company shall not be responsible for any delay or inconvenience during the journey
due to breakdown of the vehicle or other reasons beyond the control of the company.

The trips are subject to cancellation or postponement due to
breakdown
of the vehicle or insufficient passengers for the trip. Under
such circumstance passengers will be intimated through email/phone as soon as possible
and the ticket amount will be refunded. No passenger will be taken on the wayside.
Baggage and Luggage will be booked at owner's risk subjected to the acceptance by
Tharai Travels.

Video and Air conditioning in the buses is not guaranteed.

Kindly Note: We may ask the photo ID when details are mismatch of the credit/debit
card holder whose card has been used for the transaction. This may be any one of
the following: - 1) Driver's License or, 2) Social Security Card or, 3) Passport
or National Identity Card or, 4) PAN Card / Voters Card.

The tickets booked through Tharai Travels are cancellable. The refunded money
is transferred back to the passenger's credit/Debit card/ITZ Card as per the terms
and conditions.

Maximum baggage allowed per passenger is 20 Kgs, Excess baggage will be charged
as per the Tharai rules. Company is not responsible
for the lost or damage of the luggage carried by the passenger. Tharai does
not allow any pets on board its service.

Cancellation / Refunds:
Ticket cancellations:
For ticket cancelled before 12 hours from the start time of journey 10% shall be
deducted on the fare.
Ticket cancelled before 6 hours from the start time of journey 20% shall be deducted
on the fare.
No refund will be paid less than 6 hours from the start time of journey. (No
refund will be given to passenger who do not report at the boarding point on
time.)
For Special Services,Canellation be done before 24Hrs prior to the start
time of departure.less than 24Hrs No Cancellation. Note: Only bonafide
passengers holding valid Tharai Travels tickets booked at Tharai Travels counters or its agents are allowed to cancel
tickets and collect refund at their respective counters only. It is mandatory to
show original photo identity card at the time of cancellation. Cancellation of tickets
purchased through Web should be done through Web only.
